While providing PMO support services to our government clientele, our team members develop and execute solutions to maintain financial compliance and audit readiness for any type of acquisition strategy. Accomplishments in the area include but are not limited to:
Analyzing tasks in order to assess program schedule compliance with DoD requirements for logic, leads, lags, hard constraints and other schedule requirements defined under the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) 14 Point Schedule Assessment.
Supporting incremental level efforts, by participating in planning and presentation, as well as running and documenting the Cost and Benefit WIPT meetings. Our results yield timely and complete Cost and Benefits acquisition documentation as well as successful Milestone decisions.
